--Job Title: Systems Engineer II
Minimum/General Experience: 6 years of information systems experience and 3 years of specialized experience in the technical area of systems support.
Functional Responsibility: Designing, installing, customizing, maintaining, troubleshooting, tuning performance, and supporting systems. Specializes in Windows NT, Novell, electronic messaging, electronic mail, Unix, MVS, CICS, VTAM, assembler, MQ Series, automated operations, or other systems software.
Minimum Education: Candidates have a bachelor's degree in computer science or four years of information systems experience and a bachelor's degree in other discipline.
--Job Title: Systems Engineer III

--Job Title: Senior Web Architect /Developer
Minimum/General Experience: Candidates will have bachelor's Degree from college or university in fine arts, graphic design, computer science, mathematics, or engineering or a mathematics-intensive discipline, or an applicable training certificate from an accredited institution. Five years of intensive and progressive experience in a computer related field including development and design of software systems and WEB development.
Functional Responsibility: Designs and builds web sites in support of Information Technology (IT) projects using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools. Designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements. Contributes to the design group s efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization s on-line offerings and is considered an expert in graphic design elements and the presentation of contents Designs the website to support the organization s strategies and goals relative to external communications. Typically requires a college degree in fine arts or graphic design. Requires understanding of web-based technologies and thorough knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other design related applications. Candidates will have college degree in computer science or a related field, and developmental experience in web-based languages. Candidates will design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement software code (such as HTML, CGI, and JavaScript) for components of the website in support of Information Technology (IT) projects. Also, works with graphic designers and other members of a project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website. Furthermore, candidates will be responsible for interface implementation and will have strong navigation and site design instincts as well as knowledge in web development methodology to include CM and testing.
Minimum Education: Candidates with a Master's Degree (in the fields described above) must have three years of experience is required and with eight years of experience, a degree is not required.
--Job Title: Senior Programmer
Minimum/General Experience: experience as an applications programmer on data base management systems, knowledge of computer equipment and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives. Furthermore, candidates will have demonstrated ability to work independently or under only general direction.
Functional Responsibility: Designing, developing, programming, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, tuning performance, and supporting application systems. Programmer will have a specialized skill in Oracle, PowerBuilder, COBOL, Wang, Clipper, Paradox, Access, or other application software. Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities. Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provides technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
Minimum Education: Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. This position requires a minimum of five years experience, of which at least three years must be specialized.
--Job Title: Network Administrator
Minimum/General Experience: Candidates will have four (4) years of in formations systems experience of which two (2) years of specialized experience are in the technical area of network support.
Functional Responsibility: Designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, tuning performance, and supporting network systems. Network Administrators have a specialized skill in Novell Netware, Windows NT, Unix, or other network software.
Minimum Education: a bachelor's degree in computer science. Candidates may also have instead, a bachelor's degree in other discipline, seven (7) years of information systems experience of which four (4) years specialized experience is in the technical area of network support.
--Job Title: Communications Network Analyst
Minimum/General Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of general experience in a wide area network on UNIX environment. Designing, developing, programming, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, tuning performance, and supporting application systems. Specializes in Oracle, PowerBuilder, COBOL, Wang, Clipper, Paradox, Access, or other application software.
Functional Responsibility: Network Analyst is responsible for ensuring a consistent and effective operation of the business electronic network, both internal and external (known as Wide Area Network and Local Area Network).
Minimum Education: BS Degree Computer Science, two years experience networking
--Job Title: Computer Operator
Minimum/General Experience: The Senior Computer Operator shall have at least one (1) year experience operating a multi-mainframe IBM 3090 or compatible computer; experience in JES2, TSO, CICS, VTAM, an automated scheduling system, and automated tape library management systems. The Senior Computer Operator shall have working knowledge dealing with all levels of management and FIP technical staff. The Senior Computer Operator shall have the experience and ability to provide technical direction to computer operators and peripheral equipment operators and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical personnel including system programmers and telecommunications engineers.
Functional Responsibility: The Senior Computer Operator shall have a high school diploma and at least three (3) years experience in large scale, computer operations.
Minimum Education: BS Degree Computer Science, two years experience networking
--Job Title: Database Management Specialist
Minimum/General Experience: Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Candidates will also have a minimum of ten years experience, of which at least eight years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes: demonstrated experience with data base design and system analysis, current operating systems software internals and data manipulation languages. General experience includes increasing responsibilities in the development and maintenance of data base systems.
Functional Responsibility: Candidate will manage the development of data base projects. Plans and budgets staff and data base resources. When necessary, reallocates resources to maximize benefits. Prepares and delivers presentations on data base management systems (DBMS) concepts. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.
Minimum Education: With a Master's Degree (in the fields described above), candidates must have eight years general experience of which at least six years are specialized experience. And with thirteen years of general experience of which at least eleven years are specialized experience, a degree is not required.
--Job Title: Database Administrator II
Minimum/General Experience: Candidate will have a year of information systems experience, and two (2) years of specialized experience in the technical area of database administration.
Functional Responsibility: Responsibility will include designing, administering, implementing, maintaining backup and recovery effort, troubleshooting, tuning performance, and supporting database systems. Candidates will have specialized skills in Oracle, DB2, Datacom, or other database software.
Minimum Education: with a bachelor's degree in computer science or a bachelor's degree in other discipline and three (3) years of information systems experience and two (2) years of information systems experience.
--Job Title: Senior Hardware Installation Technician
Minimum/General Experience: Candidates will have a high school diploma and a minimum of eight years experience of which at least six years is specialized. Specialized experience includes: supervision of installation technicians, analysis, design, and installation of computer based systems; analysis, design, and installation of local area nets; and analysis and installation of communication systems. General experience includes increasing responsibilities in technical management.
Functional Responsibility: Candidates will organize and directs hardware installations on site surveys. Assesses and documents current site network configuration and user requirements. Designs and optimizes network topologies. Analyzes and develops new hardware requirements and prepares specifications for hardware acquisitions. Directs and leads preparation of engineering plans and site installation Technical Design Packages. Develops hardware installation schedules. Mobilizes installation team. Directs and leads preparation of drawings documenting configuration changes at each site. Prepares site installation and test reports. Coordinates post installation operations and maintenance support.
Minimum Education: Candidates with an Associate's Degree must have six years general experience of which at least four years must be specialized experience is required. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree must have six years general experience of which at least three years is specialized experience.
--Job Title: Senior Computer Security Systems Specialist
Minimum/General Experience: Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Also, have a minimum of ten years experience, of which at least eight years is specialized experience in defining computer security requirements for high level applications, evaluation of approved security product capabilities and resolution of computer security problems.
Functional Responsibility: Analyzes and defines security requirements. Designs, develops, engineers, and implements solutions computer security requirements. Gathers and organizes technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the computer security arena. Performs risk analyses that also includes risk assessment. Provides daily supervision and direction to staff.
Minimum Education: Candidates with a Master's Degree (in the fields described above) will have eight years general experience of which at least seven years is specialized experience.

Minimum/General Experience: Will have five (5) years of progressive experience in data processing.
Functional Responsibility: Candidates will have experience in installing and administering web server software in the Unix environment.
